This blog is an extension of my belief that there is an immense beauty in life, found in the everyday moments. The work I present on the blog is a reflection of the things I hold dear: beautiful & nourishing & food, travel & adventure, curated & meaningful gatherings, thoughtful homemaking, and the pursuit of growth, well-being, and connection.

My days are spent balancing my studies (psychology major) with a selection of community, personal, and creative endeavours. My role in my hometown is central to who I am: Through teaching piano, coaching, tutoring, organizing programs & events, and mentoring, I have spent years striving to create spaces where the children in my community can flourish. Basketball has been a guiding thread throughout my early life, leading me to work with Jr. NBA Canada, Peg City Basketball Association, and Bobcats Basketball Academy before founding Forrest Junior Hoops Academy in 2022.

Beyond that, I am drawn to creating and capturing connection. As a photographer, I have the privilege of capturing the quiet, intimate moments between families and couples—the love that exists in a single glance, a familiar touch, a shared laugh. My passion for artistry and connection extends into the kitchen, where I am passionate about curating beautiful meals that mirror the changing seasons, nourishing both body and spirit, while also as an act of giving, to those around me and those I am most grateful for. These passions extend into the art of gathering—creating spaces where loved ones can come together, where conversation lingers, and where life is celebrated in its simplest and most profound moments.

Travel has played a formative role in my life, offering me the chance to see the world through many lenses, extend my perspective, and facilitate personal growth. Through my career in modelling, I have been fortunate to explore South America and Europe, connecting with fellow creatives and discovering new cultures, new flavours, and collecting stories along the way.

This space is a reflection of my journey—one of presence, intention, and the endless pursuit of beauty in the everyday. I hope it offers inspiration to slow down, to create, to celebrate, and to embrace the rhythms of a well-lived life.
